Karsten Soderberg
Karsten Soderberg, Co-Founder and Director of CorporateLeaders, has more than 15 years of international executive experience. He has held various assignments in multinational companies in functions ranging from global executive management and leadership, business process transformation, sales & marketing as well as project and program management. With his extensive range of knowledge Karsten provides a proven track record of multiple tangible results and achievements in cross-cultural organisations.
Prior to his involvement in the founding of CorporateLeaders Karsten was the President & Head of Global Operations at SharedXpertise, a worldwide association management organisation, headquartered in Washington DC with the European headquarter based in Brussels where he also acted as the European General Manager.
Karsten has held a variety of positions in Pioneer Electronics Corporations with placements in Denmark, England and Belgium.
Assigned as Director for the European Distributors he has been responsible for the development of the Eastern European countries including the new member states of the EU. He has also held the position as Director of Industrial Plasma Display and prior to that he was assigned as an Executive Officer responsible for a Pan-European Business reorganisation and development program, incorporating an European all-inclusive ERP implementation based on SAP.
Through his various functional and administrative positions Karsten possess significant and comprehensive experiences in end-to-end business processes, sales management, strategic analysis, organisational revitalization, project management, business transformation, people supervision and coaching.
Karsten holds a Master of Science degree in business administration and management science and a Bachelor degree in the same field. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in The Balanced Scorecard, EFQM - European Foundation for Quality Management and TQM.
